The Challenge

Relationships, Communication and Sexuality
Few of us realise just how important the way we relate to ourselves and to others is. In reality, it actually makes the difference between success or failure, stress or peace of mind and, consequently, good health or disease. Social attitudes – and our own conditioning – have cultivated belief patterns within each of us that define the way we relate. Unfortunately, all too often our interactions with others – on many different levels – are uncomfortably strained and emotional, our communication defensive and unclear. Then, when we don’t fulfil our expectations of what we believe successful relationships should be, we feel like failures. We decide to give up and simply walk away from the situation.
But, try as we might to make it otherwise, we find the situation repeating itself elsewhere. When hope to be loved, accepted and supported, we end up feeling rejection, frustration and despair.
The Solution
What many of us aren’t aware of is that our relationships are a direct reflection of our belief systems. And the love that we seek from each of those relationships can only be fulfilled when we go beyond our mindsets.
However, in order to do this, we need to become personally responsible for our beliefs. Furthermore, we need to make a commitment to changing the very beliefs we’ve lived with for so long.
Personal responsibility is not complex or difficult. In fact, the moment we decide that we’ll no longer be victims of our thoughts, feelings and actions, Life – as Divine Intelligence – guides us beyond our beliefs to experience our natural state of aliveness, love and power.
Once that is achieved, we can begin to communicate clearly with our now ‘whole Selves’. Once we’re relating to our Self healthily, our external relationships undergo an amazing transformation as well.
It’s as simple as that.
The Techniques
In this workshop, you will be given simple, practical techniques that will support your willingness to change. As always, John will use an intuitional approach, according to the needs of the participants in the group. However, the topics covered will be along the lines of:
- The elements of communication.
- Listening and communicating with the whole body.
- Five steps to clear communication.
- Building supportive relationships.
- The Yin and Yang of communication.
