Yoga Teachers Refresher Course

I will be brushing up my skills as a Yoga Teacher along with taking my own sabatical. I find the Sivananda programme to be one of the most rounded and all inclusive models for grasping the science of Yoga and its fundamental benefits to mind, body and spirit.
Weekend of Peace and Healing Residential Retreat, 2009

John will be one of five teachers at the Weekend of Peace and Healing Residential Retreat at the Loreto Centre, Llandudno, Wales from Friday the 4th to Sunday the 6th of September 2009.
Friday, May 29th, 2009
John is currently in Greece on a retreat which started on the 22nd and will be back in the UK from Sunday, 31st May.

When I am close to nature it’s as if my whole being, mind, body and soul finds a renewed lease of life, it is such a deeply subtle yet profound experience that it is beyond the reach of words to explain. During and after such experiences I am lead to wonder WHY on earth we would even want to cut ourselves off from our natural way of being in exchange for what amounts to purely selling our souls for a man made concepts of happiness?
